Design planning is a very important part of any construction project. There are a lot of decisions to be made that will directly affect how you use and enjoy your new space. We will work together to create a design customized for you and your needs. 3D virtual tours and images will give you a full visual of what your space will look like, allowing you to be confident you have the right plan in place prior to construction.

A custom kitchen or bath floor plan will be created for your unique space and needs. We will help you choose the cabinetry style & finish that best fits your esthetic, and work with you to create a cabinetry design that is both beautiful and functional. We then work with local, established contractors to implement the vison from demo to install.

Construction Design Plan:
With the construction documents in hand, you will be able to obtain like for like estimates, empowering you to get the most competitive pricing from contractors, and other professionals. The construction plan is used to show the contractor all the details that make up your dream space, ensuring they understand your vision and streamlining communication for a stress-free remodel.
Construction support:
There can often be an overwhelming number of details and decisions to be made during the construction process. Hesitating in making these decisions or changing your mind during construction can add both cost and time to the project. With this service I will act as part of your construction team to help you navigate the process and minimize costly setbacks.
If you need to obtain a permit from the city or county, I offer drafting services and can prepare a construction document package.
